Job Summary
Janitorial Team Lead responsible for supporting nightly cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring quality standards and client expectations, training new employees, stepping in to cover shifts, delivering supplies and coordinating restocking, communicating with management regarding site conditions, staffing, and equipment needs, managing priorities and schedules to complete work on time, performing hands-on cleaning duties (vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal), and maintaining a professional presence in client environments. Requires travel between sites and a part-time, afternoon/evening schedule with mileage reimbursement; driving license and reliable transportation needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous team lead, site lead, or supervisory experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
- Comfortable traveling between locations and adapting to different sites
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to lift equipment and remain active throughout the shift
