Job Summary
Lead and define the APAC IT support strategy and vision, managing a distributed team across Singapore and Bengaluru to deliver a best-in-class regional support experience. Drive automation and process improvements, oversee agile project delivery, and provide technical guidance while mentoring and developing team members. Collaborate with regional management and cross-functional partners (HR, Compliance, Procurement, Workplace Experience) to align IT initiatives with global business goals, and maintain an in-office, Singapore-based presence to foster collaboration across APAC.
