Job Summary
Lead a team of 3-4 Harbor resources; attend client calls, document processes, provide Legal Technology application support, and assist in software implementation projects. Collaborate with Harbor, vendor, and client teams on data migration and integration. Be open to learning technologies such as Luminance, Salesforce, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, TeamConnect, iManage, and NetDocuments to support Harbor implementations. Configure solutions based on business processes, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, advocate for customers, build cross-functional relationships, analyze issues, troubleshoot, and manage multiple tasks with high responsiveness. Provide training to local Harbor resources and demonstrate a proactive, collaborative approach to growing skills in legal technologies.
