Job Summary
Team Lead in Benchmark Human Services provides supervision and training for direct care staff in Supported Living homes in Columbus, OH, ensuring quality of services and health and safety for individuals served. Responsibilities include developing and managing schedules, ensuring active treatment is implemented per the client ISP, monitoring health care needs, conducting and documenting safety drills, attending client conferences and meetings, and being available for on-call coverage. The role requires prioritizing safety, coordinating with management, and supporting staff to deliver person-centered care. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with ID/DD; some supervisory experience is preferred.
