Job Summary
Lead the Instrumentation & Control maintenance team through daily activities, including developing, supervising, and coordinating plant maintenance plans while inspecting completed work. Assign preventive and corrective maintenance jobs to technicians, execute work orders via Maximo, and manage inventory through the CMMS system. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, generate material requisitions, and co-ordinate outage works with the Maintenance Manager. Train subordinates on maintenance procedures, develop training schedules, and ensure full compliance with EHS policies through inspections and audits. Manage controlled documents and lead the site I&C lab operations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer in Instrumentation & Control from an accredited College or University
- Minimum 8 years of combined cycle power plant O&M experience
- Minimum 5 years in team lead position in plant maintenance
- Minimum three years of O&M experience at GE Vernova F Class Gas Turbines
- Knowledge of GE products, services, and processes

- Experience of costing, planning and managing plant outages
- Prior experience with GE O&M in same capacity
- Prior customer interface experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) like Maximo
