Team Lead I

Lead a team responsible for hospital-focused medical equipment rental operations, overseeing delivery/pickup, inventory, and branch processes while ensuring compliance and exceptional partner service. Responsible for supervising a team of two or more employees, training and developing staff, coordinating equipment deliveries with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records and KPIs, and ensuring safety and regulatory adherence. Must manage logistics, load/transport of life-saving equipment, maintain branch warehouse operations, and travel periodically as needed. Requires strong leadership, excellent listening and communication skills, ability to work across departments, and a willingness to uphold professional standards and safety in a hospital environment. DOT certification/physical and a valid driver’s license are required.
