Job Summary
Team Lead position in Hummus production at Elk Grove Village plant. Responsible for coordinating daily department activities, ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, supervising line personnel, overseeing equipment changeovers, training staff, monitoring performance and adherence to SQF/HACCP/FSMA/USDA/FDA standards, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior team lead experience in a production environment
- Experience in machine changeovers and equipment adjustments
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Understanding of machine operation in manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus
