Job Summary
The Team Lead, HR Business Partner will mentor and develop a team of Tech HRBPs, focusing on creating and executing a people strategy for Tech and Product solutions. The role involves managing HR programs, partnering with senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance, and fostering a culture of feedback and inclusion. Candidates should possess extensive HRBP experience in a global matrixed environment, particularly with tech teams, and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience building and leading a team of HR professionals
- 8+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, global organization
- Experience in handling escalations in HR matters
- Familiarity with engineering roles and agile methodologies
- Comfortable challenging the status quo
