Job Summary
Manage daily team KPIs by allocating work, delegating tasks, and tracking closure while serving as the first point of contact for system escalations and latency issues. Own critical assignments involving financial data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to influence business decisions and drive cross-business initiatives. Ensure adherence to GAAP and organizational financial goals while maintaining strong business controls and representing financial results accurately. Apply foundational accounting principles and analytical skills to support team efforts within defined parameters.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of accounting processes
- Basic analytical skills
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Onsite work from an HPE office
