Lead a team of writers for a therapy area, coaching senior staff on content methods and processes while providing functional direction to assigned processes. Act as a strategic thought partner to the TA Scientific communication Lead, developing expertise in industry trends and key developments. Ensure publication materials, including slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts, are delivered on time with high scientific standards and compliance adherence. Support project delivery through resourcing, quality, and timeliness, leveraging advanced training tools to improve effectiveness. Maintain relationships with medical scientific community stakeholders to develop education and communication content as required.
