Team Lead - GTA West

Team Lead to guide Sales Representatives in acquiring Neo products (Neo Credit card, Neo Money) through activation events. Responsibilities include developing training sessions, coaching, managing team schedules, overseeing activation booth setup/breakdown, monitoring sales performance against targets, providing hands-on support at events, refining sales techniques with management, generating sales revenue, and tracking key sales metrics. Must demonstrate proven sales experience, leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and develop a team; flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
