Team Lead, Government Pricing

Job Summary

Lead, coach, and mentor Government Pricing Analysts to ensure high-quality work and professional development while overseeing daily workload and prioritizing assignments to meet client and regulatory deadlines. Provide hands-on technical expertise in Federal Drug Programs, including AMP, BP, ASP, NFAMP, FCP, and TRICARE rebates, by reviewing, validating, and approving pricing calculations, variance analyses, and reporting packages prior to client delivery. Assist in escalations for complex pricing questions, partner with clients to address inquiries and provide recommendations, and develop standard operating procedures to drive continuous process improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, IT, and Client Success to support strategic initiatives and performance management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical Government Pricing experience
  • 1–3 years of team leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience
  • Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical government pricing regulations and methodologies
  • Experience with government pricing platforms such as iContracts, Model N, IntegriChain, EVERSANA, or comparable solutions, including transaction classification, calculation review, reconciliation, and reporting workflows
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance

  • Notice for Colorado and Washington applicants: In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the expected annual base salary for this role is $75,000–$90,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience leading client-facing government pricing engagements
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
  • Knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, VA/FSS, and other federal pricing regulations
  • Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and quality review processes
