Job Summary
Lead site operations by assisting managers with daily car wash activities, ensuring strict adherence to inventory, equipment, service, and safety standards. Hire, train, and coach teammates to uphold values while driving sales growth through excellent customer service. Organize time and team efforts to complete varying responsibilities and deliver a consistent, convenient, and exceptional experience. This role requires six months of relevant customer service or sales experience, with car wash experience preferred. You will communicate clearly, engage staff, and lead by example in a fast-growing, outdoor environment. Competitive compensation includes a base of $13.50/hour plus uncapped commission from membership sales.
