Job Summary
Manage daily site operations by ensuring inventory, equipment, service, and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent car wash experience. Assist site managers in hiring, training, and coaching teammates while leading by example during all required activities. Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and clear communication, organizing time and team efforts to handle varying responsibilities. This role offers a competitive hourly rate with uncapped commission from membership sales, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and free car washes. Required Qualifications
- 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience
