Job Summary
Conduct daily site operations by ensuring inventory, equipment, service, and safety standards are met to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Lead hiring, training, and coaching efforts for Teammates while setting an example during all required car wash activities. Organize time and team workflows to drive sales growth and maintain clear communication across the site. This role supports site managers in upholding GO Car Wash values within a fast-growing, outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
- Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
- Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Car wash experience preferred, though not required
