Job Summary
Team Leader provides daily direction to department associates in merchandising, inventory accuracy, pricing, and customer service, supporting sales and payroll goals. Responsibilities include staffing and interviewing, coordinating training, planning weekly work schedules, coaching and evaluating performance, maintaining product knowledge, executing merchandising directives and plan-o-grams, coordinating special events, managing UPC/pricing integrity, and fostering a positive, service-oriented work environment to deliver a legendary customer experience. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to present information to groups, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales; Supervisory experience is a plus
