Job Summary
Team Lead of the Keystone Condo Registration Center, you are the face of Keystone Property Management for guests and condo owners. You will check guests in and out, process payments, provide information about Keystone Resort and surrounding areas, handle guest needs, and collaborate with Lodging Operations, Owner Relations, HOA Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, IT, and Sales. The role emphasizes delivering professional guest service, managing communications, and supporting cross-department operations in a year-round hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Extensive phone and computer skills with data entry experience
- Basic reading, spelling, and math skills
- Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people in English
- Valid US Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass a Vail MVR
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience (preferred)
