Job Summary
Oversee stock management reconciliations for Hire, Raw Material, and Trading Stock across 40 plants, ensuring accurate asset control and fund allocation. Analyze regional cost center reports and KPIs to identify improvement areas, while managing quarterly incentive bonus payments and vendor/municipal accounts payable processes. Lead the administration team by conducting performance reviews, setting KPIs, and driving training initiatives to align with regional objectives. Act as a superuser for operational systems including SAP, Kronos, and Business Warehouse, supporting new technology implementations and resolving data queries. Liaise with HO Facilities Management to oversee building maintenance, security, and waste removal adherence to SLAs. Schedule regular visits to service centers to assess processes, resolve administrative challenges, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- 5 years general administrative experience
- Experience in managing staff
- Extensive experience in stock control
- Experience in system processes in a fast moving, pressurised environment
- 3 years SAP knowledge
- Experience in SAP
- 5 years cost and data analysis experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
