Job Summary
Team Lead for Client Services within NYC Health Department’s ACE team, responsible for supervising ACE Program Coordinators, ensuring competency in linkage to care and partner services, coordinating with HIV medical providers and public health partners, conducting data management, quality improvement, and program evaluation activities, generating reports, and contributing to planning and implementation of HIV care linkage efforts for New Yorkers diagnosed with HIV.
Required Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory, full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience requiring independent decision-making concerning program management or planning, allocation for resources and the scheduling and assignment of work, 18 months of which must have been in an administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory capacity; supervisory experience in supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty.
- An associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college and five years of satisfactory, full-time progressively responsible experience as described in the first item, including 18 months in administrative/supervisory capacity.
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and six years of satisfactory, full-time progressively responsible experience as described in the first item, including 18 months in administrative/supervisory capacity.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to items 1-3 with required 18 months of supervisory/administrative experience.
