Job Summary
Team Lead for Authorizations responsible for processing pending prior authorizations with accuracy and timeliness, coaching a small team of agents, ensuring SOPs are followed, monitoring productivity and quality, collaborating on process improvements, generating performance reports, and supporting onboarding and training. Requires 2 years BPO in US Healthcare Insurance, 1 year supervisory experience, knowledge of Authorization, MS Tools, strong English skills, on-site in Mandaluyong, and night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance Account
- At least 1 year team lead / supervisory experience
- Good working knowledge with Authorization
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Knowledge with MS Tools
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shifts
