Job Summary
FM HUB Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership, coordination, and oversight of the FM HUB program, supervising staff, managing participant intake and eligibility, and ensuring services are delivered with trauma-informed, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented practices. The role supports staff through coaching, maintains data quality and documentation, and builds partnerships to enhance access and outcomes for participants facing financial instability and housing challenges. Responsibilities include overseeing workflows, staffing, referrals, intake, eligibility assessments, and ensuring program compliance with funder requirements and organizational policies, while contributing to continuous improvement and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or a related field
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and vehicle; proof of vehicle insurance (min. $2 million liability)
- 3+ years of experience in case management, financial empowerment, community support services, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership, supervision, and service coordination
- Experience with intake processes, financial literacy, benefits navigation, and person-centered, strengths-based practices
- Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Check (required prior to successful employment)
