Job Summary
Lead fixed income and trading desk to drive profitability and market presence. Oversee interbank trading across local and regional/international markets, manage fixed income portfolio, develop treasury products, and provide market insights to stakeholders. Also lead trading across foreign exchange, derivatives, and other funds management products while managing market exposure. Responsibilities include budgeting, daily exchange-rate monitoring, performance tracking, profitable trading within dealer limits, market reporting, relationship management, and coaching subordinates on deal structuring and FX operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field
