Team Lead - Finish

Oversee cabinet finishing operations by leading a team through sanding, staining, painting, and coating processes while enforcing safety policies, PPE usage, and lockout/tagout procedures. Coordinate workflow for daily production goals, assign tasks, and balance workloads to meet schedules. Monitor quality, consistency, and color matching, serving as the first-level problem solver for finish defects and rework. Train and coach team members on finishing techniques and standards, conduct routine inspections, and communicate material needs and production status to supervisors. Assist with equipment setup and troubleshooting while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
