Financial Services Operations Representative training followed by execution of transaction-processing for a Mutual Fund client. After formal training, perform daily account activities including purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account setup. Meet and surpass quality and productivity objectives with a service-oriented approach. Work collaboratively in a virtual environment and communicate with advisors, shareholders, and the client to resolve complex inquiries. Maintain working knowledge of account and industry trends and review transactions for accuracy. Reps II and III will provide coaching and may recommend procedural changes. Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication skills are essential.
