Job Summary
Lead and inspire a diverse group of engineers focused on managing the production process to realize planned targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost. Initiate and roll out structural improvement projects while ensuring team members follow standard business processes, quality standards, and safety protocols. Drive problem-solving and priority setting within the team to facilitate continuous improvement, aiming to raise quality, decrease costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Execute the implementation of the lean transformation roadmap and support New Product Introductions. Provide backup for a manager or peer team lead, manage internal and external stakeholders, and translate company strategy into clear goals for your team.
Required Qualifications
- relevant (technical) bachelor or master degree
- multiple years of experience (at least 5 years) in leading a team
- good understanding of ASML business needs
- operations management experience
- excellent communicational abilities
- English (written and verbally) with ease
- legally authorized to access controlled technology prior to beginning work
- two mornings from 07:00 am to 15:30 pm
- two evenings from 15:00 pm – 23:30 pm
- two night shifts from 23:00 pm to 7:30 am
