Team Lead- Extrusion/Machine Operator- 2nd Shift - Frog Furnishings

Supervise direct reports, draft performance reviews, and implement tools to optimize output and meet department KPIs. Load raw materials, calibrate loaders, and detect flaws to ensure quality specifications. Assemble tooling including extrusion heads and dies, adjust line parameters for startup and shutdowns, and visually inspect finished parts for defects. Measure components with precision instruments, maintain production data sheets, and determine effective packing methods. Train new employees on operating the extrusion line and other equipment. Requires forklift certification, supervisory experience, and ability to stand for 12 hours.
