Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers by managing development, coaching, and performance while ensuring proper prioritization and task distribution. Drive the realization of engineering projects focused on warehouse engineering, process optimization, mechanization, and automation. Translate strategic objectives into an engineering roadmap and collaborate with Operations, Site Management, and external partners to identify and implement innovative logistical solutions. Monitor project quality, progress, and results to deliver sustainable improvements in site operations. Report to the Manager Operational Excellence and act as a sparring partner for management and project teams.

- Completed HBO or WO degree in a technical, logistics, or business direction
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, process optimization, automation, or continuous improvement
- Experience with project management and realizing organizational changes
- Demonstrable leadership experience or experience with directing and developing professionals
- Knowledge of mechanization and automation solutions in logistics environments
- Strong analytical ability and a data-driven way of working
- Ability to think strategically while remaining operationally involved
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
