Job Summary
Team Lead for an Energy Efficiency Field Team in Ohio leading a field service team delivering in-home energy audits and QA/QC for HOMES/HEAR programs. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, reviewing audits to meet QA/QC and energy model requirements, recruiting/training BPI-certified Energy Auditors, conducting onsite inspections and inspection reports, implementing energy audit protocols, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance program effectiveness. Requires BPI certification, leadership experience, strong communication, building science knowledge, and willingness to travel 25-75%. Must reside in metropolitan areas of Ohio and be a U.S. citizen.
Required Qualifications
- BPI Certified
- Must reside in metropolitan areas of Ohio
- 2+ years experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, quality assurance role or in consulting, HVAC, or facility maintenance
- Experience leading teams
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building science, construction, energy-using systems, lighting, and audit technologies
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Maintain current auto insurance coverage that meets state requirements
- Access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel; ability to travel 25-75% (limited overnight travel)
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
