Job Summary
Lead and oversee a group of partners delivering services to customers; manage Vendor Partner Programs including partner recruitment, adherence to program requirements, day-to-day partner requests, and support during authorization and legal agreement processes. Provide partner training and enablement, connect partners with engagement opportunities, and drive program transformation and overall effectiveness. Own and maintain subscription renewal rates at target levels; develop and grow the partner channel; train and lead teams on subscription licenses, contract renewals, onboarding, credit onboarding, and tools. Forge relationships with key partner accounts (C-level, principals, stakeholders, instructors); conduct weekly reviews and drive revenue through the partner channel with sales. Experience in sales, business development, and managing P&L with focus on profitability; travel up to 50% and tolerate non-standard hours as needed.
