Job Summary
Direct day-to-day activities of team members by setting priorities, manage department budgets, and procure necessary tools and resources. Oversee team performance to ensure weekly analysis quotas are met, participate in interviewing and onboarding new hires, and conduct regular performance reviews. Analyze devices to support the team's production while maintaining and training new employees on the ESD mitigation program. Ensure all parts are tracked and transferred through the group's inventory system, Odoo.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of team leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with talent acquisition
- Electronics Technologist Diploma or Electronics Engineering Degree
- 5-8 years of experience in electronics diagnostic, troubleshooting, and testing environments
- Capable of guiding others through complex technical problems
- Experienced in using oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
- Able to interpret schematics to determine a circuit's operation
- Experienced in troubleshooting complex analog and digital circuits
- Familiar with electronic circuit board manufacturing and assembly
- Comfortable with command-line tools
