Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of electrical designers/engineers in a building consulting engineering firm while remaining hands-on in electrical design. Responsibilities include leading multiple electrical design projects from concept through construction, providing technical oversight and quality control for electrical designs and documentation, mentoring junior staff, preparing and reviewing drawings/specifications/reports, coordinating with mechanical/structural/architectural/civil teams, participating in client meetings and site visits, supporting contract administration (shop drawing reviews and site reviews), contributing to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, and assisting with team growth and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
