Job Summary

Oversee a team of eCOA project managers and screen review specialists to ensure successful implementation and migration of Electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment systems. Manage project staffing and timelines to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs. Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills in eCOA implementation and migration. Prepare project information for internal and external meetings and contribute to initiatives focusing on technology, automation, and process improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of eCOA project management experience, fluency in English, and expertise in TMS and CAT tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, PRO, information technology, project management, linguistics)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCOA project management, clinical research, translation and localization, with managerial experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong understanding of eCOA platforms/systems and translation technologies
  • Experience working with TMS and CAT tools
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients with demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in eCOA process
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
