Job Summary
Lead and coach a Canadian sales activation team at Neo, driving customer acquisition for Neo products through strategic activation events. Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, optimize team schedules for event coverage, oversee booth setup and dismantle, monitor and improve sales performance, provide hands-on guidance at events, collaborate to refine sales techniques, and drive revenue while building strong customer relationships. Expected to foster ownership mindset, support equity-involved compensation where applicable, and align with company-wide goals for a rewarding financial future for Canadians.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a sales environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by activation events
