Job Summary
Lead and modernize Keenfinity's Digital Workplace for ~3,800 associates across 50+ countries, owning the end-user technology experience from devices to productivity and collaboration platforms, while driving automation and self-service adoption. Govern the MSP relationship for end-user services (SLA, cost transparency, continuous improvement), manage a team of Digital Workplace engineers, and ensure capabilities for device lifecycle, deployment automation, and a scalable service catalog. Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Microsoft workplace technologies (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, AD, Entra ID, GPO, M365), ITSM tooling (ServiceNow), ITIL practices, and MSP governance in a multi-site international setting; focus on user experience, cost efficiency, and data-driven operational quality. Include leadership, stakeholder communication, and a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes such as ticket reduction, service delivery quality, and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in end-user computing, digital workplace, or client management
- at least 3 years in a team lead or senior technical role
- strong hands-on experience with Microsoft workplace technologies (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 administration)
- experience managing or governing outsourced end-user service delivery through managed service providers
- background in ITSM tooling (preferably ServiceNow) and service catalog design
- experience in multi-site, international environments
