Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of six Process Managers to ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 13485) and operational excellence in the development of diagnostics solutions. Drive governance across risk, requirements, configuration, defect management, and verification & validation; foster agile culture and cross-functional collaboration between Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Service; accelerate knowledge transfer and upskill the team.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, or Engineering
- At least five years of experience in Product Development or Process Management
- Leadership experience leading people in a line capacity
- Strong analytical and influencing skills; ability to align stakeholders across global locations
- Excellent verbal and written English; proficiency in Spanish or German is a valuable asset
