Job Summary
Lead the visual direction for e-commerce clients (primarily Amazon and global retail platforms) and develop a growing design team. You’ll stay hands-on as a designer while mentoring others, translate business goals into creative strategy, ensure brand consistency across multiple client accounts, and present design strategies to clients. You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director to elevate concepts, leverage AI design tools, and contribute to high-quality, performance-driven visuals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior design roles
- Proven track record leading creative projects end-to-end
- Initial experience in managing or mentoring a creative team
- Strong portfolio: brand-led, performance-driven work
- Solid grasp of e-commerce design principles and conversion impact
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Gemini (Imagen), Kive.ai, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
- Fluent in English; German language advantageous
