Job Summary
Team Lead for ECS Application Security in an agile, cloud-first environment. Define and drive team strategy, roadmap, and vision; mentor engineers and analysts to grow technically and professionally; manage workforce planning and performance goals. Deliver enterprise-scale security solutions by driving Secure-SDLC adoption (secrets management, SAST, SCA, DAST where appropriate), improving automation, test coverage, release velocity, and production health. Own technical standards, code reviews, and architectural guidance; partner with cross-functional leadership to align security priorities and enable data-driven decisions on trade-offs, capacity, and risk. Stay ahead of emerging threats and promote continuous improvement through metrics and retrospectives. Requires 12+ years in IT and 5+ years in people/technical leadership; strong experience in cloud-native software, SDLC, Agile, AWS, and DevSecOps; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to coach junior and senior team members alike.
