Job Summary
Lead department team in a retail store to achieve sales goals through merchandising, staffing, coaching, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include directing associates, scheduling, interviewing and training, conducting performance appraisals, preparing to-do lists, executing merchandising directives, maintaining plan-o-grams, and coordinating events. Ensure inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and the use of POS and inventory-management systems. Promote programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up, provide a legendary customer experience, and support supervisory duties including staffing, training, and evaluating performance. Maintain product knowledge, assist with customer relations, and collaborate with management to drive departmental outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales Supervisory experience is a plus
