As a Team Lead at CRISP & GREEN®, you will be responsible for leading the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences, coaching team members, and maintaining food safety and quality standards. You will assist in onboarding new hires, fostering a positive work environment aligned with Steele Brands’ values, and support shift operations under management direction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred)
- Completion of Steele Brands’ Team Lead Training program
