Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Research Counsellors by monitoring daily performance, coaching members on client queries, and handling escalated concerns. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports while aligning the team with company policies and best practices to boost efficiency and client satisfaction. Work hand-in-hand with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery from initial connection to completion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in counselling, sales, or client-facing roles
- 2+ years leading or managing a team
- Strong communication & leadership chops
- Great at solving problems on the fly
- Comfortable with MS Excel & reporting
- Works well under pressure and deadlines
- Flexible working hours (subject to business requirements)
