Team Lead Cost Accounting Government Compliance

Job Summary
Lead cost accounting function to ensure FAR, CAS, DCAA/DCMA compliance and accurate government submissions. Oversee or support audits and reviews, including Uniform Guidance, and maintain CASB disclosure statements. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures; monitor accounting practices and rate impacts on financial results. Serve as primary contact for DCMA cost monitor and DCAA audit staff; coordinate quarterly actuals and training, and supervise staff to achieve high-performance goals and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience with US Federal contracting
- Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, DCAA, and DCMA
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead/mentor staff
