Job Summary
Deliver high-quality service for Corporate Trust business lines by collaborating with onshore teams to meet service level expectations. Supervise approximately 12+ operational staff by administering timekeeping, tracking attendance, conducting performance evaluations, and mentoring associates. Calibrate team workloads, coach associates on Trade Lifecycle and Corporate Actions processes, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly metric reporting. Resolve complex problems through innovative thinking while addressing disciplinary actions for performance or attendance issues. Attend meetings and training sessions covering administrative, operational, and regulatory compliance topics. Handle assigned projects and ensure goals are met within the IST 06:00pm to 03:00am shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S./B. Com) or equivalent
- 5-8 years related increasing experience in multinational business environments in India
- Good knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Trade Settlements and Corporate Actions process knowledge
- Good experience in Corporate Trust Business and investment banking experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
- Directly manage a team of approximately 12+ operational staff
- Prior experience in Trust Investment operations, Investment banking domain
- Attention to detail
- Ability to respond to and resolve complex problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of innovative thinking and acquired technical experience
Desired Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work in IST 06:00pm to 03:00am shift
