Job Summary
Team Lead role supporting daily manufacturing operations—lead crew, monitor machine performance, ensure safety and 5S, provide break relief, assist with training, auditing paperwork and safety practices, coordinate shift communications, and escalate production issues to maintain compliant, continuous operations (FDA, GDP, quality standards). Responsibilities include operating machines as needed, training personnel, managing downtime and scrap reporting in IQMS, and ensuring proper shift handoffs and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Perform current role at or above target with no disciplinary action on file for at least 90 days.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years prior experience as a production operator.
- Additional education in related vo-tech, operations or manufacturing field.
- Prior experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO13485 manufacturing environment.
