Job Summary
Team Lead for Collections at MiniMed/Medtronic in Pune leads credit-collection activities, analyzes credit information to set profitable limits with minimal losses, counsels and negotiates with customers to improve financial controls, sets up special credit arrangements and payment schedules, plans collection tactics for risky or slow-paying accounts, and may collect outstanding receivables. Required Qualifications
