Job Summary
Lead project delivery, own people responsibilities including hiring, performance management, and progression while building a culture of high achievement. Allocate projects across the team, own delivery targets, ensure quality and client expectations are met, and coach team members across the Expert Networking cycle. Take full ownership of designated client accounts across EMEA, collaborate with Commercial to identify revenue opportunities, support QBRs, and drive account growth. Must excel in project management, communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive outbound mindset to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
