Job Summary
Lead the Client Services team to manage both individually and team-managed projects, serve as the first point of contact for issue resolution, and oversee workload allocation and project assignments for PMs. Drive strong client relationships, ensure delivery of market research data and services that meet client expectations, monitor KPIs and share insights with management, and identify and coordinate world-class training for team members in a rapidly changing environment. Communicate departmental and company strategy, share best practices across Client Services, and foster growth through timely performance feedback and recognition.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research experience, including competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation
- 5+ years of experience in business environment
- 5+ years project management experience
- managerial knowledge of sub-unit or sub-function as well as technical discipline
- basic supervisory knowledge and skills
