Serve as Manager on Duty for the store during the Store Manager and Assistant Manager's absence. Consistently deliver positive sales performance by up-selling customers on multiple pairs and accessories while practicing impeccable customer service. Organize store merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures. Uphold loss prevention and shrinkage policies while exemplifying the Clarks Brand. Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues. This part-time role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
