Team Lead, Childtime on Cherry Hill Road

Mentor fellow teachers while supporting directors in daily school operations and create fun, interactive learning experiences. Take on Director or Assistant Director duties during absences, including opening and closing the school, and ensure daily child care by following all licensing guidelines and company standards. Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child. Assist with management, training, and mentoring of newly hired and existing employees. Requires high school diploma, state education requirements, and experience coaching staff in a licensed childcare facility.
