Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations at the Chicago Loop PBK location, oversee shifts in the absence of senior management, ensure high-quality food/bev, uphold cleanliness, control labor and COGS, drive sales objectives, develop the team, and deliver excellent guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include engaging customers, maintaining morale, delegating, anticipating and resolving issues, working hands-on on the line, and ensuring products meet standards and recipes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- At least 1 or 2 years of Shift Manager exprience
- Clear and professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with efficiency
- Initiative, drive and a self-starting work ethic
- Detail orientated, efficient, and organized
- Strong guest service and hospitality skills
- Passion for nutrition and active lifestyle a major plus
