Team Lead Caregiver

Team Lead Caregiver at Starlight Assisted Living leads daily operations on the care team, promotes a positive environment for staff and residents, participates in hiring/training, ensures adequate staffing, coordinates move-ins and admission paperwork, delivers hands-on resident care (personal hygiene, grooming, showering), administers medications with accurate medication administration records, and facilitates life-enrichment activities. Requires CBRF and/or CNA certification and at least one year of caregiving/medication administration experience; supervisory experience is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to coordinate with residents, families, and staff, and on-call responsibilities are part of the role.
